Application, send through postal service, or submit your Application Online, please be

If mailing, please include a check or money order for $30.00 to cover the
non-refundable credit/rental reference check fee. This covers our costs associated
in screening new applications (credit bureau fee & costs involved in checking
previous rental references). If faxing, we will not be able to send your information
to the credit bureau until we receive payment for the $30.00 in our office. You
may pay the $30.00 fee online here by clicking on this button just to the right, all
